本院圖書館5月25日接獲出版社警告：本院有大量下載電子期刊(刊名:Journal of Neurosurgery)之情事，目前被議處之方法僅將該IP鎖住，但仍要求本館調查此問題發生之原因。煩請同仁謹遵著作權法，不可同時大量下載電子期刊全文，否則若產生嚴厲之處分，不但影響全院同仁使用，且影響本院聲譽，情況嚴重者，本院可能將受到法律制裁，請同仁特別注意。
